Cancelation

You may cancel a class via your account without penalty up to 5 hours before the start of class. 

For clients on any type of unlimited/limited membership, you will incur a $5 late cancelation fee or $10 no show fee. Clients on class credit packages will lose the credit used to book the class.

You can view and modify all reservations on the SALT app and/or saltcyclestudios.com/my-account

Requesting cancellation via DM, text, email etc will not be processed.


Attendance

We open bikes to waitlisted and/or drop in riders 3 minutes prior to the start of class.

If you are running late -- no worries -- give us a call and we will continue holding your bike!

We do not admit any riders after the second song begins.

New to SALT Cycle Riders: Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class regardless of any previous riding experience. This will allow us time to fit you to your bike, give you a quick studio tour, as well as assist all other riders in attendance.

Please know that new to SALT Cycle clients may not be permitted into class if they arrive within 5 mins of the class start time and will not be permitted into class once the class has started.

Waitlist

The waitlist works! Waitlisted riders can be added to a spot in the class automatically by the system up to 1 hour before the start of class.

When you waitlist you are saying “I’ll be there as soon as a spot is available!” If your plans change, don’t forget to remove your name via your SALT app/account. All cancelation policies apply once you are added to class. 

You could be added to a class overnight so go ahead and set those alarms!

You’ll receive an email and/or see your reservation on your account. Please keep your email address and your SALT account up to date.


Ride

We believe in riding in the moment together and hold a strict no screen/cell phone policy during class. We offer cell phone charging in the lobby so your phone can charge up while you un-plug!

If you have an Apple Watch, we ask that it is on the theater mode setting during class.

Cool down is a part of your ride experience but if you can’t stay, we kindly ask that you exit as soon as cool down begins.


Ride Credit Expiration and Refund Policy

Ride credits expire 90 days from purchase, however, some ride credit expiration dates may vary. You can view this info during the purchasing process and by visiting the “Memberships and Credits” section of your account. 

All membership and package purchase sales are final. If you choose not to continue with your membership or package, you will not be eligible for a refund.  All merchandise sales in the Studio are also final, but may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, based on the condition of the merchandise. SALT Cycle Studio does not allow the transfer of packages or memberships from one client account to another for any reason. 


Booking Window

Riders with Ride Credit Packages can book up to 14 days in advance. Some monthly Memberships offer an 18 day booking window.


I’m new to indoor cycling, can I keep up?

Welcome! We LOVE our first-time riders! It’s pretty awesome you are trying something new and we are here for it! You are in control of the intensity 100% of the time and we will never put you on the spot. No need to worry about “keeping up”, all levels of fitness are welcome here. We always ride in a room that is dimly lit by black and colored lights and to the soft glow of our Himalayan salt lamps.

Please arrive well hydrated and 15 minutes prior to your first class regardless of any previous indoor cycling experiences you may have had. We will give you a tour of the studio, answer any questions, and get you set up and fit comfortably to your bike.


Cycling Shoes

The difference in your ride experience wearing sneakers vs indoor cycling shoes is night and day! Cycling shoes provide a more secure position on the pedals enabling you to work much more efficiently, safely, and produce more powerful pedal strokes. Bring your own cycling shoes (our pedals are SPD compatible) or rent in-studio for $3. 

Our pedals are also equipped with the cages for sneakers. If you choose to ride in your sneakers make sure they have stiffer sole for a more comfortable and supported ride.


All terms + conditions for each membership can be viewed by clicking on the membership located on the pricing page. The contract you sign when entering into a membership with commitment must be signed digitally prior to check out. Copies of the membership agreement can be sent via email upon request.

Need to cancel or freeze your membership? Please email info@saltcyclestudios.com with your request >5 business days of the next billing cycle. This will ensure we can respond to the request in time before the automatic payment goes though. Please advise: Requests made less 5 days of renewal will result in the continuance of the membership for the next billing cycle.

Guest Reservations

Q: I have a class credit package, can I book my friend? A: Yes! You can book them into any class by using the ride credits on your package.

Q: I have a month unlimited package, can I book a guest? A: Yes you can! Most monthly memberships offer one guest pass per billing cycle.

Q: What information do I need to book my friend a bike? A: If your friend has been to SALT Cycle before please use their email address. This helps us prepare for our classes better. If your friend is NEW to SALT Cycle it’s okay to not know their email.

Q: What happens when we arrive? A: Arrive early please! If your friend is new to us they will create a SALT Cycle account upon arrival and then we will take the time to set them up on their bike! 

Q: How do I can cancel their reservation if they can’t make it? A: Guest reservations follow all the same attendance and cancellation policies and you can easily cancel their reservation right on your SALT app or on our website (same exact way you manage your reservations: Click “view all” and you’ll see it there, easy peasy!)


Do you have space to store my things during class?

Yes, we have lockers with keyless locks so you can store your belongings safely during class.


Do you have changing rooms?

You are welcome to use our bathroom to change in. You can also visit the public restrooms located around the corner inside of Longplex.
